Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 23, 2026
Website analytics
With your permission, this website records pages visited, traffic source and campaign tags, device and browser category, approximate city / region / country, and interactions with demo links, our embedded calendar, video, FAQs, sales deck and print controls. A random session ID connects your activity for a visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
We do not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, typed form contents, raw IP addresses, or session recordings in this analytics database. Location is approximate, not GPS. Referrers are limited to the referring domain; full URLs and calendar form contents are not retained. Please do not put personal information in campaign tags.
Analytics uses your browser’s local storage for your choice and session storage for the anonymous visit and pending events. Choose “Privacy choices” to turn analytics off at any time. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection. Declining does not prevent use of the website.
Analytics is processed through Vercel and stored in a restricted Neon database in the United States. Events are retained for up to 90 days, with daily cleanup. The reporting dashboard requires a password and uses a separate secure session cookie for owner access. Calendly’s own privacy terms apply when you use its booking service.
